This is day one of our project to demolish an existing old garage and shed and rebuild. The first day was clearing out years of old rubbish, including chairs, old equipment and boxes. We even had the kitchen sink! My plan is to keep a day by day diary on the blog and also a video diary.

The roof looking rusty and ready to come downWe hired a ford transit van and made about eight trips to the local recycling centre in Perth. It was a full day and we were exhausted at the end.
