Perth Cottage New Build Day Seven
The hardcore arrived for the preparation of the concrete slab. This was laid and the pipes for the drainage put in place. A damp proof membrane will be laid over the hardcore, then insulation then the concrete on top of the insulation. Weather a bit mixed, sun and rain.
The mini digger spreads the hardcore stone evenly over the ground.
